In our diet plans, why do we need both soluble and insoluble fibers together? If we don't, what is the long-term effect of lacking dietary fiber?

There are around 300-500 different types of bacteria in our gut, good and bad. The good bacteria are called Probiotics, and it is important as it helps to restore the balance of the gut bacteria.
