All products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.
SECTION 1 - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product you have purchased is DEFECTIVE / EXPIRED / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED, a report must be lodged via phone, contact us, or email within (7) SEVEN days from the date of purchase. Please note that to be eligible for the Return & Exchange, the product must be in unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
Return postage cost is to be borne by the buyer, and it is non-refundable. Exchange will only be processed upon the receiving of the returned product. The approval for the exchange is subject to the inspection of the returned product.
SECTION 2 - REFUND POLICY
A refund of the original amount paid for the returned product will only be eligible if the returned product is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
