Shipping Information

Shipping fee is Free with no minimum order. We use tracked shipment.

Orders placed after 2PM will be processed on the next working day (Monday-Friday).

All confirmed orders will be shipped within two working days upon payment received, unless otherwise stated. Should there be any unforeseen circumstance resulting in shipment delays, we will contact you soonest to acknowledge about new shipping estimation.

Delivery personnel may attempt to call you to receive your order when it arrives. If you can't be reached, the reschedule of delivery will be arranged.

We seek for your understanding that in the event of an order is returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery after 2 unsuccessful attempts, a redelivery charge will be imposed.

The below is our estimated delivery time for the parcel to be delivered to the applicable country and region.
Malaysia
Tracked shipment by DHL / Citylink / Gdex / Ninjavan. Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (Except East Malaysia, 3-5 business days).

Singapore
Tracked shipment by Aramex / Qxpress / Ninjavan. Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.

Hong Kong
Tracked shipment by SF Express. Self pick up service from SF store/locker is available, simply attach the nearest SF stores code to your order shipping information. Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (Except Hong Kong Outlying Islands, 2-4 business days).
Note: Please pick-up the parcel within 2 days from the day after receiving parcel arrival notification from SF Hong Kong.
If it is overdue, an accumulated daily service fee of HK$10 per day will be imposed and to be paid by consignees.

Tracked shipment by SF Express / FedEx. Delivery Time: 5-8 business days.

Australia
Tracked shipment by DHL Express. Delivery Time: 5-8 business days (Except Remote Area, 5-10 business days).

United States
Tracked shipment by DHL Express. Delivery Time: 5-8 business days (Except Remote Area, 5-10 business days).

Taiwan
Tracked shipment by Taiwan HCT Logistics/ Taiwan Post. Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.

United Arab Emirates
Tracked shipment by Aramex. Delivery Time: 5-8 business days (Except Remote Area, 5-10 business days).
